History

ALUK was founded by its current owner directors Alex and Karen Philippidis. The firm evolved over several years from a small Freight Delivery and Parcel Management Consultancy originally called Audit Logistics UK, specialising in freight auditing to become a fully operational Transport and Freight Forwarding company. The Company has grown systematically by reputation generated referrals and being prepared to quickly absorb the customer goodwill of failed transport firms as was the case when AktionPlus Couriers and Amtrak Express parcels when unable to continue servicing their customers. 

In 2009 the directors agreed to sell the rights to use the Audit Logistics name in the UK to an American backed firm and subsequently changed  name to Aline Logistics UK Ltd with its courier division still trading as Aktion Express. We have since continued to focus even more so on expanding our range of delivery and related management services offered to firms who have high expectations and place an ever increasing emphasis on building their own reputations.  

The skills developed by being one of the original firms to introduce Freight Auditing to the UK (hence we were originally called Audit Logistics) and applied to respected firms such as Screwfix Direct, Corin Medical and Outdoor Megastore, has enabled us to:
